“Ecoaction, Ecoart, Ecoyou” exchange project will be gathering young people to discuss, exchange and learn about the global issue of environment from 3 different angles: activism for eco-actions, creativity for ecoart, awareness and personal approach – for ecoyou.
The project will be located on the territory of the National natural park “Zacharovany kray”, Zakarpattya region, and surrounded by Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians mountains.

· Ecoaction – environmental activism both as practical work and raising awareness and exchange on different environmental issues such as situation with protected areas in different countries, management of natural areas, environment and urban space, European environmental issues and concerns.
· Ecoart – how to be creative in and with environment, exploring it in different ways – from hiking to excursions, to challenge games and treasure hunts in the nature, and creating something with your hands in the nature or with natural materials – eco- and landart, reuse and recycle workshops.
· Ecoyou – individual environmental awareness and personal input for environmental protection, such as responsible consumption, waste reduction, saving energy and other practical steps for making lifestyle more sustainable
The program will include the following activities:
· presentations and practical workshops about beech forests, forestry work, natural development and renewal of forest ecosystem and how people can support such development of forests, discussing best practices from different countries and learning about work of different environmental NGOs
· workshops and discussions among participants on environmental issues, sustainable lifestyle and environmental awareness, situation with protected natural areas in different countries, special situation with international protected areas as Primeval Beech Forests and challenges connected to it
· excursions in around the National Nature park and neighboring area, visiting historical places of Zakarpattya
· practical workshops on ecoart and landart, outdoor games and activities, treasure hunt and challenge games in the forest
The project will take place in the west of Ukraine, more than 1000 km away from the eastern regions of the country and Crimea. During last months the situation was peaceful and safe here, no mass protests actions or violence took place. We organized several international activities in the West of Ukraine in April and May 2014 with over 40 participants from all over Europe. Nobody experienced problems during travel to the project venie or during the activities themselves.
Financial conditions:
All costs concerning meals and accommodation, as well as the program and materials will be fully covered for the whole duration of the youth exchange. 70% of the travel costs will be reimbursed.
Participants profile:
· Able to work in English
· Interest and motivation to participate to the project and contribute to its program with ideas, experience, able to develop and organize workshop or discussions, etc.
· Handmade and artisitic skills
· Between 18 and 25 years old
· Available to join for the whole duration of the project
