Short description:
During 4 hours, we tried to share the things we’ve learned during the Advanced Project Management in Ukraine, which took place in the period of 7-13 July 2008.
After having introduced everyone through a short contact game and the agenda presented, we’ve begun the training by sharing some impressions of AVI representatives in Ukraine; then, a brief description of „Project Management” concept was given to participants, followed by the subjects themselves.
We were pleased to have many new-comers, probably attracted by the topic of the event.
We did not miss energizers either, in order to keep participants’ attention as fresh as possible.
Pictures from Ukraine have delighted participants’ eyes and refreshed our memories.
Evaluation:
Various elements of the training were given appreciation through marks on a 1-10 scale.
The average of the training showed 8,74 score.
Note: Multipliers did not take part in this evaluation exercise.
Conclusion: The evaluation results showed a good level of the training. One of our aims was to prove quality in our work and we believe the activity was successfully completed!
