Vom recruta o echipa de 5 persoane, dintre care o persoana va fi Group Leader.

Liderul grupului, va trebui sa mearga pentru o intilnire preliminara in Sicilia, Palermo, cu o durata de 2 zile, in cadrul careia se vor stabili toate detaliile despre participarea si implicarea in proiect. Toate cheltuielile legate de aceasta deplasare se vor rambursa 100%. Persoanele care doresc sa fie lideri ai grupului trebuie sa mentioneze odata cu expedierea formularului de aplicare acest detaliu.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" will gather 30 youngsters and leaders during 11 days in Palermo, Sicily in order to raise the awareness on environmental sustainability and the role of youth for global challenges.

Involved countries will be Armenia, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova and Ukraine.

Through non formal learning methods, practical workshops and local visibility events, participants will develop their awareness on the golden rule of 3R, Reduce, reuse, recycle in order to increase sustainable impact and to reduce waste. Participants will have the possibility to learn and exchange concrete actions and learn from each others sustainable behaviors in order to increase sustainable lifestyles among their peers and in their local context.

As a result of the project, an exhibition will take place during the exchange in order to show the results of the activities developed during the YE and to raise awareness on local population on the reduction of consumption and sustainable lifestyles.

During the YE participants will learn practical tools on how to reduce impact and to self produce with very easy steps, some of the daily products we use normally ( toothpaste, soap, bread, jam, etc)

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Participants will receive 70% refund of their travel cost upon presentation of all the proof of expenses ( boarding passes, tickets and receipts of your travel from and to Palermo) and 100% of their visa cost ( if coming from non EU countries).

Food, accommodation, insurance, wil be covered by the hosting organization, ICARUS.

It is not possible to stay more than 2 days before or after the YE takes place, in Sicily.
